Corned Beef Sandwiches!

Nothing like a big classic Corned beef sandwich! 


Corned Beef Sandwiches




3 oz. corned beef
4 slices bread
1/2 onion, sliced
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
2 lettuce leaves
Put half of the corned beef, half of the sliced onion and 1 Swiss cheese slice on a bread slice. Spread Thousand Island dressing on another bread slice and place on top. Arrange sandwiches on a paper plate, cook 40 seconds or until cheese melts. Place lettuce between bread slices and serve
